Turkish Coffee

A medium roasted blend of the best selection coffees in Latin America (Peru, Mexico, Brazil and Nicaragua). Turkish Coffee is not filtered. Instead, the coffee is ground so finely that it resembles flour and becomes part of the drink.

It's made by combining finely ground coffee beans with water (and often sugar) and bringing the liquid to a frothy foaming stage, just below boiling.
